you can stack exp cards. 2x+another 2x=4x exp. and so on, and by his looks you can see he has NX, you could in theory hit 200 in a day if you spend the money on the NX :)

You can't stack cash shop 2x exp. You can only stack ONE 2x exp card from the cash shop with a 2x event or 2x exp server. If you buy two 2x exp cards from the cash shop, you'll still have regular 2x, not 4x.

It's best to assume by how he fails at controlling a lvl 70 marauder. To get there on your own in 3 days you'd need to be able to actually use the skills PROPERLY. Unless you expect me to believe he got to lvl 70 by spamming Screw Punch. And I'd assume someone who had enough experience to afford leech with mesos would have the decency to find out the basic character gameplay. SO he either bought leech for NX or he hacked.
