  • Human traffickers are the worst....I know Jesus Christ would wish they stopped doing what they do but they have no consciences...really they should be lined up and a bullet should be put into the face, so they could not have an open top burial.

Shoot them in their heads and have done with it. The police do nothing, we have cases of the police doing nothing here in the uk.

  • Anyone going to Southeast Asia for a vacation is very suspicious...

  • Very sad:( Why do people do such a thing?

  • thank you for helping bring this issue out into the open when i tell people slavery still exists, they don't believe me. Thank you for bringing this atrocity out and helping raise awareness to stop it

  • this is sooo sad!

    y do people do this?

and does anyone know the song playing?

  • hide and seek by imogean heap

  • very sad

    :C

if u want to c a trafficking thing try to get hold of ROOTS

  • this is so sad i just wish these type of things did not happen it breaks my heart there is also a movie about this type of situation called trade & human trafficking

  • Support the fight against human trafficking on myspace:

    /humantraffickingstops

  • This video is effective in the way that it conveys the message of human trafficking. The music sets a mood for the presentation because it brings a sad and concerned tone to the video. Every picture tells a thousand words. With the texts showing up after every few photographs, the message of human trafficking is effective. With the truth being said within the video through pictures and words and through the web, the message can be spread that human trafficking is wrong and should be stopped.

  • what song is this?

  • hey did u find out what song this was??

  • Imogen Heap - Hide and seek

  • no did u

  • good video

  • At the Vienna Forum, the campaign Stop the Traffik presented UNODC Executive Director Antonio Costa with a petition signed by 1.5 million people calling for an end to human trafficking. The campaign aims to prevent the sale of people, prosecute the traffickers and protect the victims.

Thank you to all of you who signed petitions and were part of the 1.5 million!

    God is answering our prayers.

  • How do we add our signatures to the Stop the Traffik campaign?

  • The Vienna Forum to Fight Human Trafficking, which last month brought together 1,400 delegates from 116 countries to share knowledge and develop an international strategy to combat human trafficking, called for greater awareness, more resources and coordinated action in the fight against human trafficking.

  • VERY strong slideshow.

  • The victims are from poor countries. They see ads for work in cities where they know money can be made. Their passports are taken which confines them. The traffickers threaten them and tell them their family will be killed if they try to escape.

  • you are totally right but how and when will the world steep up and make this a bigger issue so that it is seen in the eyes of plp of high power?!! i agree with you it deos need to be stopped

  • Awareness is the first step, and a very important one. The ppl of the higher power know about it. Many citizens are unaware though, or at least unaware of how serious it is. This makes it not politically sellable enough for the high and mighty, which is the only thing they care. SO step 2, 3, 4, etc should focus on awareness, breaking hearts and making people cry till they consider voting any party/MP taking this and other human rights issues

  • I am involved in politics and my party, (which I won't name since I dont intend any political probaganda) is raising the issue. Usually it's just a cry in the wilderness. Civil society in every country should continue emphasising the issue. Juournalists, police, politicians and people in Human Rights NGO's are in the best position to bring about change. If you know such people pester them about the issue. If you know a scandal expose it.

  • All TRUE! 50,000 or more in our country, just for prostitution! Routed through Mexico, groomed there, when enough fear is implanted, then brought here to the USA. These houses are in our neighborhhoods and around us. Like drug houses, cars that come and go! Mostly men coming by themselves. Houses where those that live there, seldom leave or are seen. Its real and its here, we are just to busy ignoring the signs.

    fincenMIB

  • thank u for making these film and reminding us peopole that this is going on every day! god bless them!

  • Why is the Church of Jesus Christ not getting involved in this? Aren't these the people we are supposed to be reaching out to? If the hands and feet of Christ aren't active in this, how is it going to go away. And more importantly, these people can be saved by humans, but they can only be SAVED by Christ Jesus' blood and YOU and ME NEED to do this.

  • I don't understand how you can even THINK about doing this to someone. God, what is wrong with your world today. All that means is hes trying to tell us to get ourselves togehter because he's coming

  • human trafficking needs to be stopped!!!

those children need to be set free from the demons that imprisson them!

  • sorry, what song is this? it makes me cry

  • hide and seek by imogen heap

  • thanks mamii

  • thank you this video really touched me

  • this is so fucking horrable, damn fucking greedy ass people and nasty ass perverts

i agree end this trafficking bullshit immediately!!!!!

  • Some of this children are being sold by the parents themselves because of poverty, so unless we have population control in this area there will always be human trafficking because of poverty and parents can not support their family, sometimes the only options is to have their child at the young ages work.

  • wow dats krazi

  • I did a speech on this very issue in my English Class. It's amazing how many people don't know about this. It needs more attention, certainly. The facts I learned disturbed me, and I want to help some of these people. I too want to know how I can help.

  • a moving video. I think that the people here in the US don't know enough about this, we need to find a way to spread this news somehow.

  • u a strong mother fucker director..shoo..we should be fightin this war instead of dat bull shit in iraq..bush dont care..we as pple..should do something..gatdammit i hate it..

  • I say if you're a male and you're caught and proven guilty to have had sex with one of these girls that were trafficked well then time for castration buddy boy . Then possibly a life sentence in jail . That might make those sickos think twice before they go looking for sex there .

  • Is so sad we live in modern days we have modern slavery.

    Great Video.

my hart go to the poor kids God bless

  • very well done footage...kill the people who put these inocent people through this hard ship...

  • Very powerful video. I have done investigations and recovieries worldwide against human trafficking. thanks for this powerful video and insight into this issue.

    NGInvestigations, Inc.

  • tks for sharing this with us. :D

  • Great song- Hide and Seek by Imogen Heap

    Great job on the video!

  • what song is this

    ????

    video is reallly good!

  • i am very interested in becoming involved in trying to prevent human trafficking but i dont know much about it, how can i learn more? sarshuss

  • This was an excellent, and powerful presentation with less talk and more facts of the painful reality in our world. Your choice of music, together with pictures, displayed a sad and unbelievable story that makes us ask ourselves why humans treat each other the way they do?

  • "why humans treat each other the way they do?" - the very essence of a capitalist society is to earn money( sometimes in whatever means possible).

The video was good but honestly I have a feeling that slavery WILL never end. Just like drugs. ALMOST no country in the world supports drugs, but yet it is a huge industry.

  • The pictures and music you selected were excellent. I also really loved your message and what you had to say. Your video could be even stronger if the titles were a little cleaner and easier to read. I also thought the first picture was a little too blurry and that it should have been as strong as the other pictures you used throughout your piece. The music at the end should fade out with the pictures so there isn't extra audio with a black screen at the end. I really thought it was very good.

  • This video is a great example of one of our biggest problems that we as a world face along with other major issues. This film should move everybody in the world and maybe there will be a few that will stand up and help do something about it.

  • Excellent job on a difficult subject. The choice of songs is ideal as is the use of only audio for the final minute of the video. Very moving.

  • very moving. nice job

  • Well done and incredibly moving & shocking . Education is the key.

  • Very strong message due to the pictures and the music choice. good job girls.

  • Moving pictures. Nice facts.

  • I liked the movie, with your pictures of the girls with the doleful eyes heart rending. The choice of song was good, and you attempted to tackle a very difficult topic. Congratulations.

  • Excellent work -- very moving.

  • wow very powerful & sad video..

strong message, and i agree, excellent choice of music!

  • good job..the images stayed on the screen for enough time for the message to really get across and it goes really well with the music

  • It makes me so sad to see how much the poor people get exploited, it is like adding misery on top of misery. Not sure how can we help stop HUMAN TRAFFICKING. Any ideas?

  • very moving, good use of music, great images

    ryan & teresa padgett

  • great facts shown with excellent pictures to go along

  • i really really like the music-

it grabs your attention in the beginning.

there is a good flow in it.

    its really good :)

    nice one!

  • facts added alot, well done.

  • Great job on the video ! It's scary to think how many of us pass by the men, women and children in your video on the streets during our travels around Asia. Thank you for so thoughtfully bringing this issue to our attention. Amy

  • Wow!!

Very impressive and real. In America we hear a lot about the child labor used to make the products bought at Walmart, etc. We don't hear much about the fact that this slavery is STILL happening. Great choice of topic and thanks for bringing awarness to this issue. The photos and music are powerful and moving. You guys put a lot of work into this. Debi

  • excellent video with powerful photos, message and music. Well done.

  • What a powerful video. The song fit perfectly! It was very effective how you forced us to take a look at ourselves with the "YOU were wrong." The black and white images in the beginning were contrasted very well with the color images later on to show how human trafficking is still an issue. I also think the call to action was a great effect.

Maybe make the text a little bigger or change the color. Also, since your video ends at 2:58, cut it off there rather than letting the music go on. :)

  • Very moving. When watching it, it makes the viewer want to do something. I knew there was human trafficking, but 3 million a year. Insane.

  • a very moving presentaion, the topic is conveyed very well through the movie

  • Very Engaging video, with some scary statistics, i think its a very well made video

  • Very engaging video with very scary statistics. I think its a very well made video.

  • An excellent presentation of a difficult and painful problem - the music selected fits well. I am proud of both of you!

  • Since much of this takes place in Asia, the rest of the world tends to ignore or think it's not their problem. In fact, it is a problem we should all be concerned with. Your imagery and music worked well together, your message was clear and powerful. Well done.

  • Kait and Erica, you did a great job bringing to light the struggles of so many.I hope we can all learn from this video and do our parts to stop the trafficking.

  • A very powerful message on a very real problem. You have done a very nice job of presenting powerful images to bring focus to a very sad situtation.

  • very discriptive video, well done, strong msg. Most of us live a sheltered life and forget to count our blessings. This will definitely lead us to revisit our own lives and hopefully open our eyes to others' plights.

  • A thoughtful presentation. I had no idea how young some of the children are, who are forced into prostitution.

  • that was really well done!

i love the song. the pictures were great too, and informative. good job guys

  • Packs a very compelling message ... especially powerful because young people created this and so many of the victims are also young people.

  • Very well done, with a minimum of words to make the points but not distract from the well-chosen pictures. Also you did well to avoid game-score-like statistics and simply focus on the pervasiveness of the problem.

  • Very proud of you for putting together such a thought provoking video. Your pictures and music presented a sad story that needs to be brought to the attention of all.

  • You are right that this still is a problem today. However because it is not always happening in developed countries the world does not seem to care. Its good you are trying to bring some attention to this problem. Great video.

  • Nice work guys. This is an interesting video pertaining to what looks like a serious problem. Me la gusta mucho. I didn't know you had video-makin skillz like this kait... haha props.

  • Your images went well with your song, and the catchy phrases backed up your video. I feel that it would have been better to have stopped the music once the video stopped.

  • Sad but this is true and it is still a growing problem

  • This is a good video. And every picture paints a thousand words.

  • surpisingly pervasive throughout asia. i'm shocked.

  • I liked how you guys started the video. Lots of triggering photos + it worked well with the song.

P.S. You're really lucky because your screencap is really pretty, too.

  • a strong message on a very serious problem
