  • bullshit, "you can be charged with that" He had every right to take the van because that was actually the safest way to protect the valuebles in his house. Without their van they couldnt take his shit and plus he is out of harms way. What else could he do, stay and fight and possibly die? Or maybe just sit there, call the cops, and let the detectives figure out who took it. Hmm.

  • well hes only gonna get charged for that if the robbers come clean and admit it was thier van. The police cant press charges for that, only the owners of the van. So no, he cant be charged.

  • the state can press charges. most common thing that happens is the 18 year old boyfriend with the 17 year old girlfriend. i'm not saying it's right, it's just the bullshit fine print of the law.
