Lemon juice, olive oil, sea salt. That is the BEST dressing for adult Arugula, as opposed to baby Arugula. Simple, and it brings out the flavors in the green like you can't imagine! Try it.

this was pretty good. I liked the lemon juice + honey + EVOO combo over arugula. It would be a nice side to a fish dish too, I think.

@9528689 Actually, Rachael Ray does the same exact thing. It's to keep the seeds out. I'm sure she actually washed her hands beforehand, what she's actually referring to is the way it looks like you're washing your hands, versus actually washing your hands.

this is how i have ALWAYS made my arugula salad, in fact, I just add arugula by itself (no tomatoes or corn), sometimes I may also add some watercress... then add salt, then olive oil and top with fresh lemon juice. It's SO much better than any dressing or vinegar or balsamic... WAY BETTER and lemon in just awesome w/almost any food! love it!!!
