These are domestic Hogs. They are not I repeat not Feral Hogs. Two things tell me this one they are very slick and shiney.That is a dead give away for a Domestic swine. The second thing is that Wild or Feral Hogs tails do not curl. The third thing is how the Hogs reacted. They did not react like wild hogs when the first one was shot. Nice shot, the slow motion blood spurt may be a bit much for some, but it shows the power of the large bore air gun. These hogs are massive pests and this one didn't suffer any more than other game animals. Head shots are potentially more damaging to the animal as the target is smaller and a maiming non-lethal shot is more likely.... blowing the lower jaw off a pig and letting it die of starvation is cruel, this wasn't.
