Well, you could get Audacity 1.3.6 (Although it's still beta) and try to use the instrumental removal effect. I'm not entirely sure if it'll give you the entire instrumental -- I hear a lot of echoes in this song, and the effect doesn't remove the echoes or backing vocals, but it's still worth a shot!

I really don't believe this has a daft punk feel... listening to music since the early 90s this is still the dance appeal they always went for. The majority of people who listen to daft punk now only heard of them because of the kanye west.... I'm sure they haven't even heard of chemical brothers, Fatboy slim, prodigy,... the list can go on. There is the build up witch is in most daft punk songs. There is also the deep bass line that really pulls it together. The main difference it that the vocals play a role more typical for vocals with long repeating chorus and verses, where as in daft punk the vocals are almost like instruments them selves, adding bass, rhythm, short repeating parts and support for other instruments.
