After ten minutes in an ice bath I recover from a hard leg workout more than I do in a whole day without an ice bath. Do a heavy day of squats, power cleans, sprints, jumping drills, etc then go jump in an ice bath for ten to 15 minutes. You will be amazed at it's recovery effects.
