Not intending to be offensive, however this is very, very, very low quality martial arts. I strongly suggest the individual demonstrating to train significantly further before attempting to teach or "demonstrate" anything again.

hello sorry for my late reply i still do , now i am doing kickboxing , and msot of the time i was training alone in the park or outside ..anywhehre i could :) , i love it
