@JTIV2388 You don't have the first clue about Canadian gun laws. "Rarely handed out permit" is what we call a RPAL (restricted possession, and acquisition license) and is extremely easy to get ($70 test + some paper work) and lets you buy anything outside full auto, including any AR on the market, and handguns with barrels 105mm or over.

oh btw open it up and check if one of the wires leading from the battery terminals to the board in it has broke lose from its sodering. Ive bought 2 eotech replicas from EBB and they both had the same problems. They use really shitty sodder in them and shotty labor.

Well not every one has the cash to spend on a 400 dollar optic when there gonna put it on a gun that fires plastic bbs. Half the time you don't even have to use the sights you can just see where the bbs are flying. No one buys on of these to put on a real firearm. If they do there an idiot and deserve to get a defunct one. Also i don't think L3 is losing any money from these knock offs. with all the units they sell to military and law enforcement i bet there doing just fine.

I also own a real eotech, the quality is almost the same.
