NOW for the good news, a serious sam trailer was announced by devolver digital to be released this week (today's may 30). There were also a bunch of ss related screen shots, interviews, and what not on a facebook page titiled " Serious Sam". You could also go to Croteam's facebook page ( Croteam). np.
I don't think Serious Sam Episode 3 will come out this year deu to the release of Duke Nukem Forever. Sadly we might have to wait at least one more year.
@andrey9797 Think about it, when Serious sam came out only a small group of people even knew about it and the game was overlooked by the gaming comunity for a few years then SS2 was shown at E3 and the people who never played SS1 became sceptical for serious sam was, to them, a more cartoony version of the ultra-violent game Duke Nukem, but fans like us saw it as yet another romp through sam's paradise. We're a few who loves the constant mayham the SS delivers and it delivers well. ---

This video dosn't really show any real footage from SS3, only what the engine can do, but hell it was posted a long while ago. Maybe the game will be shown at the next E3 in 2012. :)

This looked suspicious. The image qualities in graphics didn't match for each picture. One of em looked like the early engine for Doom 3 and one of them looked like battlefield Bad Company 2

@pinetreepizza No they didn't believe it or not I thought they were using a modified Unreal engine or Quake's or IW's but only they're original engine is powerful enough to support a million enemies that can come at once on the screen. It's the original Serious Engine but maxxed out.

@WVCPARKRANGERS Actually Serious Sam 3 is on the way and Croteam mentioned it will be finished this year sometime, when it is going to be released however is unknown. It might be a full retail release and thes emight be the graphics. who knows.
