I worked on this video, that is to say I helped to produce the body cast we made of George in our workshop, (Lyons Model FX) in Bristol in the 80's. Godley and Creme directed it, they all came down to Bristol for George to have a plaster cast made of his torso, now of course we would do it all with CGI.
I love this video. Its my favourite song from his solo career.I love the scene with his Sgt Pepper costume.2:00 - 2:08 The Beatles referencing ending with "John Lennon" walking across carrying his Imagine album. At 2:28 the reference to Apple Records.Rest In Peace George Harrison.
Yeah, grass was green a long time ago. Beatles are sly. George hated losing so much money to taxes. 90% tax rate in merry old England. England in now being over-run and ruined by Muslims. Get off you arses you once proud Brits.
@DAVWAVE The USA is now run by banks who openly steal cash from the taxpayers, while their cronies in government curb freedoms in defiance of the great constitution. Get off your fannies, Americans, and do something about it. Yes, the same thing is happening everywhere.
@papercutpictures I am doing what I can before it is hopeless. I use England as an example for what happens when a great country gets soft, and the USA is in the same boat.
Wonderful hit, largely due to the huge contribution of Jeff Lynne - I will ALWAYS love "All Things Must Pass", but George's subsequent work paled in comparison, I feel, until THIS song...just sayin'. I still mourn GH's passing - 1:20 pm on the 29th of November, 2001.
@1rhpsfan The first guy is but at 1:57 and the end of the violin that is undoubtedly Ray Cooper. No question about it and while he may have lended his genius to some of their recordings he was never a part of ELO.
the guy in 2:06 look like John in 65-66

Jeff Lynne is a shitty producer. Everyone he works with winds up sounding like ELO. Same dopey, cartoonish ersatz sound every time.

@Terminatoor7 I may be stretching but I bet he was the bass player... I noticed it was a leftie, just as Paul is.

Es realmente maravilloso ver a George Harrison en este vídeo. Está lleno de nostalgia, pero también es divertido. George en estado puro.
