I am a pilot with Air Canada and was there in Montreal for the arrival. This video is not a fake. The aircraft can easily do 200 kts or less with no flap when it is empty. That is why there is no flap selected. It doesn't look like it is going fast because it is so big but it is flying past at around 200 kts.
