Its called the Blow to Pop "fetish" or atleast thats what i call it. I cant blow up a balloon and tie it, it erks me so much that i cant get the thrill of blowing it up until it pops..its a rush, try it!!
..though i know eventually i still will pop, even if tied and THAT makes me smile! There poppers and there are anti-poppers. and "Looner" is the "umbrella" name for those that like balloons in general;) I hope that helps!
