Bands like Kiss, Judas Priest, Led Zep, and Iron Maiden have all cited the Beatles as a primary musical influence. The Beatles were the Heavy Metal of the 60's.

I'm a true Beatles fan and know their sound very well. Yes the John vocals were down maybe half an octave or whatever the technical term is, but was great. The Beatles themselves would change an octave for live shows to preserve their voices,so many mucisians do that,that's why hardly anyone sounds like they do on an album. And if that's his range, it's close enough. John would be flattered. The instrumentals were a little soft,but now I'm just picking.I think they were spot on for the most part

Where this group falls way short is their lack of onstage presence. The Beatles were MUCH looser and bouncier onstage. John Lennon stood like he was riding tall in the saddle. This performance while technically good, is completely void of The Beatles swagger, spark, and personality.
