Ofc its fake. I bought one to and for 8 bucks you dont get the real thing. ;) but its still cool. I dident get the problem you had but as you said, just needs a bit of tightning up. Razer sharp out the Box. The assist workes well. Good gifts to youre friends or just to have shaving youre legs.. ;) Sorry for the bad spelling guys.

My friend, I regret to inform you that your "AK-47" is a fake. I bought one too a year or so ago off ebay. The box should have "G-10" printed just above "AK-47". Also the handle is smooth instead of the deep checkering on the authentic model. You'll also find that your fake there is much heavier that the real mccoy. Sorry about that. I got suckered, too. Now I own the real version. You'll find that, if you contact Cold Steel, they will be very interested in where you purchased it from.
