Just had the thought that thought is a fear induced emotion responce that reverbitates and tightens musles.Worst of all when thought is occuring attention seems particially masked from reality or what I percieve as reality. But this is what you are saying Burt so maybe it's rubbing off. Thanks Bob
Amazing! The 'timing' on this is remarkable. I was just last night trying to figure out how to precisely explain to someone this relationship between thoughts and feelings, and how the human mind has a tendency towards identifying with thought as if each thought were an existent 'thing' in reality, rather than just a coceptual idea.
'i'd like to be awakened' awesome but i went with i am awake instead of something negative. maybe i'm not awake after all... oh, shi*

Another oppostite is: "I'd like to be awakened" after which you think, "But what if awakening makes me totally impractical and I go homeless."

I assume that once you can be in the now thought no longer has a negative but its somehow under your control?
