  • that pop music in the background is kinda annoying...don't you think.

  • what the hell is up with the music

  • The most inappropriate background music!!

  • Question; Has anyone any personal experience with Phalaris Arundinacea as a DMT source? Especially with regards to Ayahuasca.

    Regards, tFM

  • @TheFluorineMartyr Yes, i took it 3 time, not the easiest 3 nights of my life, but the most rewarding.

  • The music is really awful on this video guys. Not only that but it is too loud over the voices. It's hard to concentrate.

  • whats the song in the backround?

  • Ayahuasca creates secondary effects as paranoia.

  • nonsense, you are pulling information out of your buttocks.

  • Yeah it doesn't create paranoia.. its active ingredient (N,N-dimethyltryptamine) a natural tryptamine and neurotransmitter that occurs in most mammals, and 2/3rds of all tropical plant life. Ayahuasca is known only to, depending on amount ingested, elevated blood pressure, heart rate, pupil diameter, and blood concentrations of beta-endorphin, corticotropin, cortisol, and prolactin. It has no negative long or short term anatomical or psychological side effects.

  • well said, thank you.

  • Ayahuasca caused ten deaths in Peru in 2008. It´s a very toxic plant.

  • they most likely did not take the proper precautions that one should take when using substances that contain MAOIs

  • "Chamanes" are very ignorant people that only wants turist´s money.

  • Shamans are the "source" of most of the breakthrough drugs of western medical science.

Every year, many prominent doctors and pharmacologists make a journey to the Amazon to learn of new medicines that the Shamans have discovered.

These drugs in turn are brought back to the "indrustialized" world and then used to treat and cure thousands to millions of people's ailments.

Medicine is a direct result of shamanic practice throughout antiquity and modern time

  • yes, 42% of all drugs get their impetus in the Amazon. And the fact of the matter is that standardized/isolated phytochemicals are then made into synthetic DRUGS that cause side effects like erectile dysfunction, addiction & death(VIOXX). When Plants taken in their WHOLE "FOOD" state (HERBS)side effects are almost non existent except for detox. when one has a healthy lifestyle packed with superfoods & herbs drugs are useless except in an emergency.

  • Actual chamanes are fucker scammers...only need your money rich tourist. Come to Perú for leave us your money.

  • yes the death of the Ego of 10 A-holes.

Ayahuasca is POWERFUL but safe and legal in Peru. find a reputable Shamanic Healing center and someone who has experience with the medicine. people with serious health issues might only need a homeopathic dose.

  • no its not

  • @zootecmatch noooowaaaayyyy

    absolutely FALSE!!!

I've been researching on the use of ayahuasca for decades and never heard about such a case!!!

  • @zootecmatch Would love to see the proof of that?

  • @zootecmatch dying? harharhar u silly noobie... u dont die, u leave ur body and the veil is fully lifted. blessed are those souls whose body were unable to cope with this miracle

  • this mans cause is my cause... but i'm stuck in the gears of the system... stuck in debt.

  • what is the average life expectancy "upriver" I know a lot of people from the mountains in Bolivia. While its true their lifestyle makes them stronger saying "there are NO degenerative diseases is nonesense.

  • Much respect to those who can heal with it traditionally. As for the claim that their are no degenerative diseases in the rainforest, its simply not true. They have decreased rates, but also decreased lifespan and have to exercise more just to get basic necceseties. Most Quechua are not using ayahuasca as much a coca or chichu. Run some trial on it and protect it with respect.

  • ???

  • maybe closer to the cities but UP RIVER they do not have degenerative diseases.

  • buena con el polito de inca kola viva el Peru

  • This video never mentioned Ayahuasca, not even once.

Why is it titled "Ayahuasca, Amazon Herbal Medicine Documentary" ?

  • it has Ayahuasceros/Shamans who use Ayahuasca to heal people.

  • needs more Ayahuasca

    :)

  • stay tuned i am currently in the heart of the Amazon filming more on the Ayahuasceros and plant medicine and will have it posted soon.

  • Your fucking bullshit man, make your own western rituals, grab some tabacco some whiskey and walk to your nearest crack house.

fucking sell out, trying to make money off exploitation.

  • BTW that inca kola shirt ROCSK :)

    i'm peruvian btw.

  • i can make ayahuasca but i better buy it, it costs me 25 $ 1.5 litter bottle :)

  • oh really where can i buy this drug?

  • it's not a drug.

it is a very sacred gift, for learning and healing.

    respect the teachers

  • fuck the teachers...ayahuasca is a fucking drug

  • So is asprin.

It's about proper and cautious usage

  • No wonder Skipstones Productions is hesitant about this documentary. Pause at 3:50 and see. They would be labeled as "publice drug enforcers" and they'd be off the air in no time. And did you hear about the highschool boy in Canada that publicly claimed "marijuana" isn't as bad as it is made out to be, i ofrget what happened to him, it was something ridiculous and he sure got a lot of media attention on it.

  • wow is this Troy Casey?

  • "Ayahuasca" could be labeled as a drug, thats why skipstone because I've heard it's some of the most "psychedlic" substance to humans that is known on Earth right now.

  • @neurochris Ayuhuasca is very powerful no doubt, however the most powerful psychadelic known to man right now is 5-MeO-DMT...it's like the DMT's closest cousin. It is found in the Sonoran desert toad..i would recommend the book "Tryptamine Palace" by James Oroc...truly a fascinating and worthwhile read. Check out the reviews on Amazon..

I am currently half way through and I can't stop turning the pages!

  • Hi Troy, anyone ever told you that you look like Corey?

  • I love the Inca Kola t-shirt. Great video.
