No, you just have to have access to the second island in order to fly airplanes and helicopters.

well, first off, you have to finish all the storyline missions on the first island. Then go to the airport.

well, actually, it depends XD. I know what mission gets you to the second island. it's Lances mission "From zero to Hero". it's really hard. you have to aviod a hunters missles when your crossing the bridge to the second island XD. you'll have to work (starting from the first mission) about 2 or 3hours.

i can't tell you how exact. The number of businesses token over is effective. and balloons. but if you do non of those, you shud complete it in 14%

Hmm, I don't know but when you get a call saying 'You have a visitor at the airport', Thats lance, but the missions hard. Took me 10times :0. It's this mission where you have a Micro-SMG, and people are shooting at you when Lance is driving. He drives slow XD. Anyway, after a while, Lance and you (Vic) work with a guy named 'Fobres' I think. You and Lance find out he's a cop. But one thing I am certain about is that the mission that lets you in the East island, is 'From zero to hero.' Good luck!

It's hard, but I started another career, and I did that mission with one try, and barely damage done. I never got hit by the heli's missle's. XD Oh!, and here's a helpful secret. After you leave the docks, and you have to follow lance, after the 2nd block, assassins will come after you. But if you look backwards, they wont come! But the second you look back, and are not at the bridge yet, they'll apear out of nowhere.
