i found a way cooler one it had a purplre paint job and the mods were red

not really if you get a regular contender......go to the bridge that goes from island with airport to bohan where that phantom is always parked at on that small road that goes past the bridge take a reg contender there and those modified ones start spawning.....and they only spawn in green but u can change the color at a pay n spray

you don't. you have to find the tuned ones(that's a huge letdown ,as brucie is talking trash in the radio and on the web about he can tune cars)
