To make things clear, this is one of the "tiny" auxiliary dock yard connecting to the Railway system, it is right in the center of the city with tiny space. The main dock yard in Hong Kong is of course up to international standard and beyond.
For everyone talking about safety don't worry its China! If one dies a 1000 more pop up. As for the speed it is pretty slow but they are loading ship to ship using the ships crane it doesn't get any faster than that.

now how is it that us in canada see these containers coming from china and we can unload faster than that but there is another chinese ship waiting behind?
