My Ghetto's worse, All my sims have is power and water, nothing else. Only industry surrounding them. I have about 100 crimes in that city of 100,000 on a medium tile.

Haha. Strangely enough, this city has virtually no crime. Its funny because my larger cities that have NO low wealth at all are actually more prone to crime than this city. Dont ask me how that works :S

@mariusbleek Same dude !!!!! Its creepy i made a town with a ghetto on purpose (cut the area off from water police fire school ect) so the i look at my crime and the rich area has like 3 carjacking i cons i put a couple more police stations there still no change its funny
