They are on top of the building, and they are the black rectangular horns on gray boxes. I just got a new Canon camera with 1080HD capability, so I will retake these in the summer when I am on school break.

Yes, they're okay quality, but not as good as Whelen, Modulator, or American Signal electronic sirens, or any kind of mechanical siren. But even DSA sirens are better than ATI sirens, which just plain suck.
