to stop the brakes from doing that bail off the pressure then when u finish the activity mod the engine file change the release rate.

He downloaded it from either train-sim or Sacremento Locomotive Works and Made that.

The Cars are payware along with a ton of F59PHI`S you can download the locomotive at virual railfan (dot) .com p.s there`s a link on his "Channel"
