You can't start a film in 1989 and keeo filmlng till 2009. These are the videos where you have to see what message is being spread and not the technical details. These people are not asking for your donations. If you get inspired, may be you will follow and help someone.

Didi, whenever I have met you I have always been inspired. Kudos to you and your team for making such a great film. Childrens are the greatest treasure of life, and life is much more than what we actually are living. Amazing!!!!!!

It is heartening to see the Zest for life Parthmesh has. Hats off to Parthmesh's parents and all the people around him to provide him the opportunity and required support. Best wishes to Prathmesh and all behind this stupendous effort.

  • This is a brilliant short film. I am amazed to see the zest for life the little boy has.

Incredibly enough the people all around him also provide him the support system where he can rally.

Fantastic. Opportunity is all they need.

  • Lovely film. A great story and very compellingly told. Kudos to Sandhya Deorukhkar and entire team who made this film as well as to those who have contributed to Prathamesh's progress.

  • Didi, where do you get this energy from? It is said that you can you give someone only that you have. And now I know how you give that zest for life to these children. You have made a very inspiring and informative short film. You have made all of us proud.

Thanks to Mr Shirke and the whole team who have helped Didi to make this film. Good luck to you all in all your endeavours. It is because people like you that goodness and purpose prevails in this Society. Keep it up!!!

  • We salute to people who have contributed to make life worth living for even one such child. I could recognise Mrs Gangoli in the video whom I know since 1994. It makes me feel proud to be associated with Capt & Mrs Gangoli.

I remember the words of Beverly Sally " Children are not orphan because their parents are not there. They are orphans because we are not ready to adopt them". Can each one of us help one such child in our life ?

  • By the way, it was because of Ms Gangoly, the making of this film was possible. She came up with all necessary help, including finance; after hearing about the intention of ms. sandhya to make a film on this subject. She was physically present to help the unit during the shoot. Thanks Ms. Gangoly.

  • Way to go Didi, loved the film. A true 'triumph of spirit' for the young Prathamesh. His zest for life is infectious. Waiting for Part II, would like to see what happens to the little chick who is now all grown up and flown across the seven seas.

It is really inspiring film to those who are battling with the problem and an eye opener to those who are not at all aware about this problem. Director of this film has achieved the difficult task of communicating the massage to the society within such a short duration. I liked this film very much and would like to give highest rating.

Its a great educative film. My best wishes for such special children, their families & the team who made this documentary.

  • Great documentary! It is nice to see that there is greater awareness, therapy, educational, vocational opportunities for people with disabilities.

  • Its really good and all the parents who has such kids should watch this and motivate, even your child could be like Prathmesh

  • I was happily amazed by Prathamesh's exceptional abilities and performance. Prathamesh looks so happy, contented, straightforward, sincere person. His parents must be feeling very satisfied.

The credit of this beautiful film goes to Sandhya Deorukhkar for her dedication to the cause.

My best wishes for the success of this film and wish for more.

  • As dcotors we hardly get chance to watch what happens to all those diagnosed with Down syndrome or other disabilities. This film was a great opportunity to reinforce that with timely and appropriate management they can reach great heights. My best wishes to the team and all those like Prathamesh.
