  • For the past 5 months that I've been working out, I couldnt do pushups for my LIFE, so watching this, I positioned my arms a little differently, and BAM, I can do 15 no problem. I feel like a retard, but an ACCOMPLISHED retard

    When i bend down, i could not get my face near to the ground and i will just bend a little and after that i cannot go down any further...

  • I know yeah if this was for complete Beginners it would give you easier exercises first.I am not improve by doing this.I hurt my self loads.
