Owners of teams look for great coaches and if a black coach isn't as good as a white coach then they're going to hire the white coach.Think about it. If you had the choice between Lovie Smith and Vince Lombardi for your team who would you want as your coach?

so how is it NOT racist that whites account for less than 20% of the NBA, less than 33% of the NFL o the player side, but it IS racist that they are overrepresented o the coaches side. Recognizing the obvious, demonstrable fact that whites aren't as good at sports as blacks ISN'T racist, but recognizing the obvious, demonstrable fact that blacks aren't as good at coaching is racist. the media is brainwashing america. blacks are 12 percent of the population in the usa, whites are abouit 83 percent of the population, if you really use your brain, you can figure out why their aren't many black coaches, for example if 20 coaches apply for a position and 18 of them are white, then chances are holy shit, the coach will probably be white. america needs to stop kissing black ass for shit that happend 400 years ago.

Dumb... Let's do it, but do it for ALL jobs and ALL races. Whatever the greater racial representation is in the country, that's how many positions are open to representatives for that respective race. Dumb... Hire the best candidate. If you want to bitch about it... open more PLAYER positions to Latinos, Asians, and whites....especially in the NBA.  I say... get over it. Even if Dungy were black, it wouldn't alter the fact that blacks as a group aren't as good at coaching as whites. nobody (nobody who's not an utter retard, that is) says it's impossible for any black person to be a good coach. Same goes for white basketball players.

But look at Dungy, he has to be about 7/8 white, 1/8 black...and he's the one who's always used as a example of a successful "black" coach? that alone speaks volumes.
