would you happen to have a video showing making home made seitan using high gluten flour? I've tried to make it, but it doesn't look as good as the seitan you have here. thank you !! :-)
Oh YUM!!! I am looking forward to trying this recipe. I want to make my own seitan instead of using a pre-made product. Should I grill right after I make it or plan to grill the next day to give it a chance to sit in the fridge overnight (for texture).

Seems like it might be easier to rub the seitan first, and then put it on the skewers.
