  • I agree, a great & inspiring RHS! My choice to be healthier today than I was yesterday will include making some green juice and getting to be earlier.

  • Tonight I'm going to a chili supper with friends. They're having a cake walk and insead of bringing a "normal" cake I'm making Ani Phyo's Raspberry Ganache Cake!

  • A way I could be more healthy tomorrow (today is pretty much over at this point) is I could drink more green drinks, say 2 or 3 instead of just 1 :)

  • What I can do to make myself healthier than yesterday is get a fresh squeezed juice at the cafe downtown this evening instead of that soy latte from Starbucks.

  • i disagree so much that we are only here once...in my reality, not a chance that is true, way too much evidence otherwise in my own life....what I can do today to make my life better is continue to develop and listen to my own inner knowing about what is in my highest good

    What I can do today to make me healthier than yesterday is more deep diaphramatic Breathing.

  • i can drink warm water instead of cold water with my meals so my body has an easier time digesting. i always know i should but am too lazy to heat the water up but i should.

  • Since I'm in college there seems to be a bad stigma about getting enough sleep everyday. But, I think that really is an important thing we can do to stay at our peaks.
