You can't voice your own "true" Vocaloid character, Yoyu must take an existing voice of a Vocaloid and change it's genderfactor. However, there is the Vocal Synth Tool UTAU, which lets you make your own vocaloid by importing sound files in the program. This "Vocaloid" Bani, is nowhere NEAR a Vocaloid, just a pitched up version of an existing song.

I think she used this program called AUDACITY. You can change a pitch or speed of a song/voice, and all these other awesome effects. Also it's free! ^_^ Google it. Otherwise she probably used some other program. :3
