@ebaysutube ah ok rite on then..yeah I like the "chicks on my lap" thing man....my atrophy is as advanced as anyones and I have chicks on my lap but I always just thought its fine cause its all supported by my chair...bone density is one thing but what about the cartilage or whatever that bears the joints?? your bones can be strong but aint it still hard on the ankles? but anyways I don't have speakers so if you said something in the vid I didn't know bout it sorry man~
@KMurdock1974 You're right bro, I am pretty fat. As I say in the vid and then in writing, there is a risk of hearing a loud snap...and if you don't know you can put weight on your joints like that, don't try it. I know from doing that in Yoga, chicks on my lap, using my leg braces and a bone density scan. I also look for swelling or redness after I do this.

gotta be careful with that one though. I used to weigh myself that way until I broke my foot doing so. I think maybe it was a sign to drop a few pounds...lol

Yeah...Maybe not recommended for any C injuries.
Not even a good idea if you're unsure of bone density , as in not much standing with braces or standing-frame.

impressive, but i would advise practicing with someone helping at first. that is a pretty advanced balancing act without the use of the leg muscles.
