How much yeast and salt did you put in there?( 50 lbs flour) I am very interested to make a dough this much. Did you put the yeast in a warm water first or just add it dry? Please response, Thank you so much.

@bastaki66 There is just written that salt should be 1,9% of 50lb flour, yest should be 0,5 % .
