At a certain point, the start the decent, and turn on their landing lights. Poof, instant light in the sky from out of nowhere. They are headed right at you and on course to impact the ground at your feet. They then level out a bit and make the "final" approach.

i live right next to an airport, im familiar w/ the stages of descent! im in the process of finding the location of the airport and taking the heading of the light we saw and seeing if it was heading towards the airport! if the light was more than 5 miles out, and heading a diffrent direction then how would you explain that? ive seen the spotlights mistaken for ufo's before but at a relative distane u can see there other lights blinking! (example) lake horn ufo's see for urself...
One thing i dont understand is that why would The UFO's b so bright at night.. are they trying to b noticed by people.. if so what better time then night to b seen as a moving star in tha sky!!

Several years ago I witnessed an almost exact ocurrence, two sphere shaped lights moving in perfect psynchronization, without any sudden movements. Might have been the balloons another poster mentioned, but the way they moved was just too perfect for balloons to do so randomly (or even by radio control). There was also a third one but it was very faint.

Well, I've just posted two clips from earlier in the recording. The three parts available now are among the more viewable parts of the whole thing. I'm not in principle against providing copies of some of the footage on dvd from the original tape to someone/people if it seemed, for any reason, worthwhile to spend time arranging that.
It was 3 lights, forming a triangle of some sort. First sighting was during nighttime about at 10:00 PM in year 2000. It was just sitting there. 2nd sighting was during the daytime while swimming. It was also 3 lights, surrounding the moon. Yes it was during the daytime and 3 bright lights surrounding the moon and the sky was pure blue so the lights were visible. And you know what? Simply airplanes coming in for a landing. What you see are the bright headlights from them. The stationary light is a star. The human eye can easily be deceived.

hendrich, I don't know if there is a connection between the music I played and what happened in the sky. I do know, though, that David Bowie has had experiences with UFOs that he's not talked very much about. There's a lot of info out there regarding the Bowie-UFO-E.T. connection, for example in the book 'Alien Rock' by Michael Luckman.

reminds me of the sighting i saw at 330am on i-95 in jacksonville florida going north to georgia . twinling light , florescent orange and green sparlies . it was weird.
This is from a 1 hr+ recording of a light going very slowly across the sky. This part begins after I'd stopped a CD that was playing & put the one on that starts with this song. The 1st light continued to move slowly across the sky through most of this CD playing. Only when it went behind a building & didn't reappear did I stop filming. When stilled/enlarged the 2 prominent lights in this excerpt seem to exhibit differing color shades that aren't consistent with usual aircraft light colors.
Central London - The tall building furthest right of the picture at the start is Centre Point, which is on the corner of Oxford Street/Tottenham Court Road. The lights themselves could be over Holborn, or not far from there.

I have one single bit of common sense that means most UFO videos are fake.
Pictures of, depictions of, and videos of UFOs have them looking more and more futuristic as time has gone on.
They keep getting more and more outlandish as people try to get other people to believe in them.
If there are any aliens out there, they are wise enough to stay far away from a species like us.
