  • Never even heard of this boxset. But I want it!

  • I acquired the boxset from a record shop near me the person who owns the shop i wouldn't think would sell counterfeit copies, i remember when i bought it it cost me about 120 . i really never played the cds just copied them. so the cds are in mint condition. i also own the last cd set the same company that made the boxset the cd is called the last new years eve. i might post a video for my boxset just to show that a promo copy exists.

  • @madspyvsspy311 Do you think it might have been compiled by Krist Novecelic as legend suggests? .. Yeah, I have to get around to posting a better video.. this is kind of just a place holder.

  • love the design, thanks for doing the video

  • @DukeNukemIsHere3 You are welcome. I need to do another one some time..

  • . ...no need for the "table talk" talk where you discuss usually legal matters, stay on target. ..I mean topic.

    .

    .

how many songs total? how many minutes of music total? how many unique to that box set songs did it contain? ...facts that could be box text style.

  • @TheSupersurgical I'd have to write a script and do away with all my charming "um" "eh" "uh" dialogue! The legal tube is 5 minutes in and few will make it that far. Do you know how long a nirvana fans attention span is!? 3 minutes punk!

  • i have a promo copy of the boxset i bought about 15 years ago,the copy of mine is in better condition. i wonder how rare a promo copy would be of the boxset.

  • @madspyvsspy311 . ...sometimes promo copies are entirely worthless,,

    .

    .

although depending on how you acquired the said object and its providence. ..that could change things entirely.

  • @madspyvsspy311 except that it's a bootleg.. would a bootleg have "promotional" copies? or is that the sign of a fake?

  • @TheSupersurgical They were all unique when it came out. First source releases. It's like, 8 hours of music.. we used to put them in that 6 disk CD changer with the strange electrical problem which made the wall of speakers drop vocal tracks, as if a karaoke machine. remember?

  • . ..I was thinking you should do it photo'esk & video documentry style with photo slides and some transparent text info and nice little <---- arrows or badass txt ★'s to highlight things. ...

    .

    .

Perhaps photos of the individual inserts // flash siide show style.

  • @TheSupersurgical You don't think photos would be pushing it to far on the reproducible image front? The bootleggers would love it ...not that ultra high quality images would invalidate my intention.. I suppose it would still be fair use. Yr probably right. I could use some ♩ ♪ ♫ ♬ ♭ ♮ ♯ too ☠♚✌

  • @rayofminneapolis . ..counterfitters, yep delete the video. Then make a HQ EPIC one... Then sell the box set for a D7 if they got one or a D5, Mebbe Francis Bean could sign your guitar and then you could sell it or trade it for a new Raymobile.

  • Was this released by Krist Novecelic?

  • @rayofminneapolis . ...I wouldnt be shocked if the store owner put those out :p

    .

    .

  • @TheSupersurgical The company was called "Tribute". Supposedly from Italy. But it's said to have been compiled "by a knowledgeable fan". It was that bootleg store in North Town. The little Iranian guy who owned it went on to become the founder of Hot Topic a generation later. PSYC!

  • @TheSupersurgical press 1 then 5 "sold allot of bootlegs, of these picture disks"
