  • Great stuff David!

  • Good job man & nice music, Thanks :)

  • Fast & furious routine - excellent!

  • Yes, the straps at home depot. Did you get the pictures I sent?

  • Home Depot. The handles are from a strange hardware store. The handles will be hard to find. I lucked out the PVC fit in them perfectly. Go to the internet for your handles, they are cheap. Your shipping should cost more than the handles.

  • Thanks. Even the straps @ HOME DEPOT? I would like to make this as soon as I can. I tried TRX and think it's really good. Just dont want to pay the 200 beans.

  • I did not attend a course, but I made my own similar device with flat canvas cargo straps, some rubber handles (like bike handles), and PVC pipe stuffed in the handles, for $22, including mounting brackets. The 2 straps adjust faster than the TRX and are rated to 400 pounds each.

  • Get them into production, I know loads of people who would buy them, good man

  • Where did you get the items from? I would like to make it instead of purchase 1. Home made are the way to go if the budget is really tight. Look @ rOSS eNAMAIT.

  • on the money thanks, did you take a training course, i noticed a local gym has one for 250 bucks, u think it's worth it?

  • It is probably the single most used thing in my training and training my clients. I think I bought mine for about 125, so I would suggest shopping around a little.

    David

  • yeah I have a trx brother, I was wondering if you went to one of the training courses...thanks

  • I did a course in London, but if you understand kinesiology you can make most of the exercises up yourself. I will try and do more videos

  • @davidlong00 Do you think that having the TRX is the only thing you need to goor training for being a sport player?? I´m a kinesiology tudent in Argentina and i want to prove this product. Do you recomend it. What else do i need to train my self to be a good rugby player. What other element? Thank for the answer. Very good video

  • will be stealing these to train my clients. thanks man!
