First of all, lady gaga wears too revealing clothes, while Sia wears casual clothes that cover her. second, lady gaga's music videos are made in stage and look all planed out and stuff while sia's (in this vidoe)looks like she just went out one day and took a videosinging her man. She had the option when she was younger to either get braces and fix the tooth, or something else I can't remember, because they didn't have very much money.
