it really depends on location. In Canada that is certainly not the case, and in the US it is approached on a State by State basis.

The nice thing about England is that I think that you can drink at 18 in some provinces, but it is so anti-gun, I mean I'm for reasonable gun control but U.K should sort of sort out their insane firearms laws.

You can drink Alcohol in the United Kingdom at Age 5, you only have to be 18 to buy or sell Alcohol, or consume it in a liscensed premesis.

All European Countries as well as Canada, Russia, China, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia and most of the Planet set their Minimum Drinking Age at 18 or below.

The United States I think* is the only Country on the Planet that says "you are a legal Adult at 18" but cant have a beer which is quite frankly "INSANE", As for Guns I as most Brits have no desire
