  • The tune is called The New Recruits and is a hornpipe written by NZ composer Ben McLaughlin.

  • Im surpirsed how fascinated everyone is about seeing a female piper. In teh area that i come from and in the band that i play with, a good 30% ot the band is female. Nice video though

  • when the camera pans around 180 from the piper you can hear and see why she chose that spot. The sound really reverberates off the beautiful scenery!
