Geraldo should have been sued for miss stating the evidence. There are no records of a 11pm phone call. There was a mention of a 11pm phone call from the Browns the morning after their daughter was killed. The phone records brought into court showed the call much earlier. The blood found was from OJ's left hand next to his bloody shoe prints (size 12) and his hair and fiber from his truck matched as well. Whenever the question is raised as to why a person dates someone of another race than their own, it is obvious there is a racist overtone to the question. Why should there be a specific problem? OJ and Nicole married out of mutual consent for that union, not because she is white. If there was objection to the union, then it would have been raised at their wedding, and the marriage wouldn't have happened. (Unless, of course, it took place in the South during segregation).

There was a stipulation that the exhibit that was nothing more than the report without the phone numbers on it. They replaced the numbers with names to protect the families from the numbers getting out. That is all this is. If Johnny agreed to it in the exhibit it was because he could not argue the 11pm call because the actual phone records show it. Wake up yall!

The phone call that I can only assume you are referring was the 911 call by Nicole made in 1993, on it was nothing more than Simpson shouting. The release & misrepresentation of the 911 call was enough for a judge to dismiss the grand jury deciding on a Simpson indictment due to its prejudicial impact upon the jury.

Re: "a real fair trial"; in L.A. in 2000 the LAPD & LADA's office came under the scrutiny of the USDOJ because they admitted to framing over 3 thousand innocent men in "real fair trials" using planted evidence. Geraldo should have been sued for miss stating the evidence. There are no records of a 11pm phone call. There was a mention of a 11pm phone call from the Browns the morning after their daughter was killed. The phone records brought into court showed the call much earlier. The blood found was from OJ's left hand next to his bloody shoe prints (size 12) and his hair and fiber from his truck matched as well. So many pieces of evidence that it would be impossible to plant it all. As for the 8ml of blood that was taken. Thano the person who took the blood estimated and again if it was treated blood the edta levels would have shown

Whenever the question is raised as to why a person dates someone of another race than their own, it is obvious there is a racist overtone to the question. Why should there be a specific problem? OJ and Nicole married out of mutual consent for that union, not because she is white. If there was objection to the union, then it would have been raised at their wedding, and the marriage wouldn't have happened. (Unless, of course, it took place in the South during segregation).

@dragonguardians The phone records were part of the trial, the jury seen an exhibit that both Johnny Cochran and the judge agreed to. There was a stipulation that the exhibit that was nothing more than the report without the phone numbers on it. They replaced the numbers with names to protect the families from the numbers getting out. That is all this is. If Johnny agreed to it in the exhibit it was because he could not argue the 11pm call because the actual phone records show it. Wake up yall!

The phone call that I can only assume you are referring was the 911 call by Nicole made in 1993, on it was nothing more than Simpson shouting. The release & misrepresentation of the 911 call was enough for a judge to dismiss the grand jury deciding on a Simpson indictment due to its prejudicial impact upon the jury.

The records showed the call much earlier. The phone records were in court and viewed by the attorneys on both sides. It really is that simple.

No, I don't think Johnnie Cochran was an UnlceTom working for the white man. I do think that Cochran after working in the DA's office was as Machiavellian as the white man and used this case for his own important interests. Interests which were more important than this white man's racial media creation, this anomaly entitled "The Trial of the Century" and it appeared to have worked.

I only have to show that the precedent has been established & promulgated before in Los Angeles County. involving all of the same agencies. There's no question that it has, this is simply a revisiting of past precedents; in other words, "Same taxi, different driver". Once you have prior involvement in malfeasance there's no basis to consider extending the Privilege of Presumption.

If Simpson was in the back of a limo at 11PM while his wife was alive you know where you can stick that EDTA along with the gloves.

Second, there were never any clothes that were cited for blood splatter, except some socks that Dr. Henry Lee clearly debunked because the same blood pattern appeared to go through one side of Simpson's ankle and come out the other side and appear exactly in the same pattern on the opposite side of his sock.

Well, if a man kills one of your family member, and he is a millionaire and he pays all the money hes got to the 3 best lawyers in the world, the family might have thought there was the possibility that he actually walked away freely, so the did whatever they could to proof that he actually did it, witch involves not releasing evidence that might set doubts to the jury. Its just common sense. Probably it set less timeframe to the crime, but still, it is not impossible that OJ killed two people.

Jankunas, the issue is whether OJ's in-laws arrived home by 9:37pm or as both initially stated, 11PM. The 9:37 PM call was entered by stipulation to avoid the jury. The journey is normally 90 minutes, the waiteresses said they left the diner for home, at @8:45PM, this would have given them only 45 minutes. If it was 11PM then OJ was in the backseat of a limo being driven to LAX airport for a 11:45 flight while his wife was alive talking on the phone to her mother.
