the numbers are cooridinates. 10 21 26 1 26 90 is the latitude longitude for cancún which is close to cuba. Im thinking this is a refference to the bay of pigs invasion that took place near cuba it was to send in mercenaries to gather people up in cuba to rise up against the governement.
