looks great but with the bacon is the griddle Q slanted so all the grease goes down into the grease tray or not?

@mincemobkyle Not really but it is flat so the grease doesn't really build up anyway. :-)

hey jb, nice back yard!! anyway i never tried my griddle q for breakfast yet. i never needed to because one of those store girddles we had before i bought the real thing from you did a great job. since it is summer now, i will go out and try it.
