soo, the best weapon for waterfiends is DEFINITELY not listed here.....

Dragon mace by a long shot. one handed weapon so defender is permitted, allowing for a total crus bonus of +83.... comparable with a lot of the very slow 2 handed weps. str bonus with defender is +61... not amazing, but it also provides a great special, and more prayer bonus. definitely top waterfiend weapon. oh and they're dirt cheap.

I already tried that, and i almost died..

i used guthan (which heals me) but its still not enough, coz the range is so much stronger that it hits more often than magic does on guthan.

Of course, all weapons with a crush option do work, but other weapons like zammy spear or ss will probably work much better.

Ranged really sucks at Waterfiends... it would actually be faster to range slay charms than ranging Waterfiends, even if not you would get slayer up, which is usually desired. Plus the variety.
