    Im not pissed, but I just find it ditstubing that one would go to such great lengths to protect their stupidity. These are the type of people who claims the world is flat or the sun is the middle of the univers. They would rewrite the bible (again) just to be justified in their stupidity.

    YES, but im not going to sit here and tell you how right I am for spelling something wrong. That was a typo and yours was a misspell and a fellow dumb ass (hyphenated... you may want to look up' "hyphenated (hi -foh-nay-ted). Anyway, you keep believing you are intelligent. They may find a place for you to make "YOUR" signs or perhaps just use your teeth to separate the plastic.

    u should switch to doubles,then lean,,i started out with doubles last week and i run for 1 hour a day on a treadmill,,so far i have lost 8 pounds in the first week!!

  • @rajupatel911 Start back up man but slow it down and hit pause. I fainted 3 times on my first chest and back work out but have been going strong now for 7 months. Results are mind blowing.

  • you don't need any equipment to get a sixpack, do cardio, high intensity interval training and full body exercises with tabata intervals. But overall don't concentrate on your 6pack only, it will come as a result of your full body exercises/cardio.

  • Actually, according to the program, they advise that you do take protein shakes. There's several ways to work the program such that you get the results that you desire. For example, less weight and more reps equals more weight loss, whereas if you were to use more weight and less reps then you would build and getting bigger. Take into consideration this isnt a program to make you Swarchzeneggar, but you could get out of it what you want.

  • Actually, I started working out when I was 14 when I started playing sports in highschool. You don't have to worry about "destroying" your muscles. I'm 26 now and in pretty good shape.

  • P90X produces results but people expect too much. Tony wasn't created in 90 days but instead through a lifetime of fitness. Just keep doing it and you'll get stronger and may acheive your goals in time.
