please help me out here. ive got fl 10 and an axiom 25 key 2nd gen. when i hit my pads its not getting a midi signal. and you said to change it to 01. but what is that is that the channel or control assign or what.. because its different on the 2nd gen.. thankyou.

just a heads up, its Lrn, not Irn, almost positive it means 'learn'. That way you dont have to manually figure out what each midi note a pad corresponds to.

after i empty pads and load new sample/sound i set midi note to lrn and i can hear the sample but when i load another sample in a different pad and hit a different pad on my midi . i get both samples . what am i doing wrong? i'm using a mpk25 mini

amazing video....for anyone out there using FL9 XL Producer Edition, the only difference is that rather than changing the midi note to "INR" you change it to "learn" then hit the desired pad/key

i can assign all of my drum pads except the one in the top left corner. its not broken because i used it to trigger other signal, from piano roll and such.

I been using the axiom 25 for 2 yrs now and didnt know I could use that top left pad with the FPC. I thought I was just limited to how the FPC correspond to the axiom 25. So when I set up my drums from empty I would always put the kick and snare where the preset was.

Now that I tried it the way you showed its a lot more comfortable.

You should also make a video on how to put the individual sounds from the FPC to their own mixer tracks. That way it can be properly mixed, EQ'ed, etc. =) I know all this already, but it's just a suggestion.
