@GOE7Song Thank You! There are alot of excellent ones out there though Pak Hok Pai, Lama Pai, Bak hok Pai,Hop Gar,Hop Ga, Tibetan White Crane and Lions Roar are all excellent it takes some time but check em out!

I teach Isshin-ryu an Okinawan style of Karate, which is somewhat different from White Crane Gung Fu. I loved the way you explained "transfer of energy". It just goes to prove, good martial arts is good martial arts! Great job!!!
