@keroro24585 true, the story does sound like that, but there are several major differences between the two anime. for one, ryners back story sounds more like narutos seeing they were both scorned as monsters. 2, ryner went away to be with other god eyes bearers, not for more power. 3, in this anime, the sakura equivilent counter part is actually funny and has a more dramatic/understandable backstory. 4, ryner doesn't sound like he has a stick up his ass like sasuke does.
