When I lived in N.O. I used to go see these guys EVERY week at Le Bon Temps Roule. They Never disappointed. I miss N.O. so much. There's no place like it for great music.

I had a workshop with these guys yesterday in prep for a joint concert in the Durham gala theater! Soul Rebels Brass Band & Durham County Big Band. Amazing musicians and a great bunch to work with, I feel very privileged to perform on stage drumming along with Derek Moss and Lumar LeBlanc! Such a tight drum core!

@elboogiebeatz We had a TON of mic's set up. I think something like 3 ambient mic's at the back/sides of the crowd. We also pulled from the sound board and have the levels for every mic on stage...that's like 8 more or something w/ all vocals and instruments.
Produced an obvious robust sound. (Thanks Mike, you're an awesome sound guy!)
