I've been going to Artis my whole life. I'm 23 now and I still love that place. I've been a dinosaur fan all my life, so I loved the fossils in the geological museum. My family had very little money when I grew up, but the city provided passes to the less affluent people so we could go to Artis for just a couple of guilders on week days.

Now I'm older I like it for different reasons, like the historical buildings and the peace.

Great memories to a place where I was happy as a child...

That's funny, my wife used to spend her days their also a a child her mother was a musician and she would often leave her brother and her their while she played at a concert in Amsterdam, we always go there on her birthday which is the Sint Nicholas day. I love the place.
