A lot of this info is bullshit. The pig is not alive through any of the slaughtering. Once the impulses to the brain are shut off; how is it to feel any pain? Most of this is just propaganda. While some of these practices are indeed used (those slaughterhouses are usually not legal), others of them are in normal ways so that the pig dies a humane and respectful death.
