Because this level/map is only available on the Omega Dawn expansion, and the Jetpack is only available on the Fallen Star expansion...

I did it and the mines werent there i also went up in a plane a few times and they werent there can u help?

Ah, that's because you're trying it on the full version of the Omega Dawn map. The mines are only there on the smaller cut-off version of the map, which can only be found on either Death Match or Team Death Match mode. The actual name of the map is "Rumble Dome".

Try hosting your own game and put a password on so no one else can get in. Then obviously set it to the Rumble Dome map and you should have no problem getting the mines.

I also forgot to mention that there are NO vehicles on the Rumble Dome map, so you have no choice but to get them this way.

Really? I can do it almost every time I try now. I guess it just takes practice and some getting used to.

Not sure if this'll help, but make sure you're lining your character up properly, and also make sure you jump at the very last moment (when you're dead on the edge of the platform) so that you jump high enough on to the beam... otherwise you'll just slide back down again.

Keep trying anyway. You'll get it eventually!

Out of all 3 booster packs for Warhawk, i'd say Omega Dawn is the worst. The dropship just didn't do it for me really, and the new map is way too big for my liking.

I guess it all depends on what type of battle you prefer. In my opinion, Omega Dawn is for the air battle lovers as you get the dropship. Broken Mirror is more for the ground battle lovers as you get the APC. And Fallen Star kind of combines both air & ground battles as you get the jet pack.

There are NO vehicles on the Rumble Dome map. It's one of the smallest maps on the game and can only be played in Death Match mode....

It depends... if you use them well (place them in the right places) then yeah, they can get you a few good kills :)
