Only thing that sucks is there is no wall panel or remote keyfob for the "security system" - so every time you leave the house, you need to log into a website and tell the system that you've left, and log into the system before you open the door to tell it you're back - not great :(
Also, there is no GSM or dialler or anything, so if your internet connection is down, you wont know about intruders.
The funny thing about this video is that it seems like she can't remember more than one sentence of the script at a time. It seems like after every sentence they cut to a different take.
You guys are right she is not too bad looking, but this video sucks and makes me wonder about the product. What happens when this company goes out of business can I have this web based software on my computer or host it myself? Then what is she going to do when she is unemployed? She might have to help me plug in my appliances and setup Vera. Is Vera a Mexican?
Gorgeous host! But video cut poorly and way too much information... You should have shown the top highlights and then make episodes of the important ones.
REDO, and "kiss" - Keep it simple stupid. It's not enough to say it's simple every second, you need to make it simple.
But I WANT a bunch of stuff to configure...

I was interested in the Vera product, but after watching this amateurish video, I have to reconsider.

LOL! The "complication of setting up an access point"? I'm sorry but if you can't handle a wireless router, do not bother with home automation

@rgaufman Can't these arrange that? Kwikset-Zwave-Locks
Turn the key, and the system knows you are home or left the house

At a certain point she became even very annoying. So I share in mind with the first comment.
